Coolant Expansion Reservoir for Suzuki Vans

It stores extra coolant as the system heats up and returns it when cooling, preventing air pockets, cavitation, and overheating. Why you need it

Without a healthy tank, pressure control fails. You risk high temps, warped head, blown gasket, and rusty scale. A fresh reservoir restores proper circulation and extends water pump and radiator life.

How it works

As coolant expands, the radiator cap routes fluid to the bottle. When the engine cools, vacuum pulls coolant back through the return line, keeping the system full and sealed.

If it’s damaged

Cracks, leaks, or a loose cap cause low coolant, sweet smell, bubbles, and frequent top-ups. The engine may overheat in traffic .

Install tips

Swap when the engine is cold. Move hoses one by one, bleed air, and refill with the correct 50/50 coolant mix. Recheck level after a short drive ️.
