Complete Engine Gasket Set for Full Rebuild

This set is essential when you refresh a high-mile engine during an overhaul. It restores factory sealing so compression stays strong, coolant and oil keep to their own paths, and leaks stop. Old gaskets harden, flatten, or crack, causing loss of power, overheating, and messy oil stains. Replacing every seal in one job gives long-term reliability and clean running.

How It Works ️

The head gasket locks combustion between block and head while blocking oil and coolant crossflow. Intake and exhaust gaskets prevent unmetered air and exhaust leaks. Valve stem seals meter oil to the guides. Front and rear crankshaft seals, plus cam seals, keep oil inside around rotating shafts. Cover, pump, and thermostat gaskets, along with key O-rings, complete the seal at each joint so pressures and fluids stay stable.

What Happens If It Fails ♨️

Expect white exhaust smoke, milky oil, coolant loss, rough idle, misfires, overheating, and oil drips. Continuing to drive can warp the head, contaminate the catalytic converter and Oβ‚‚ sensor, thin the oil, and damage bearings. A fresh full set prevents these costly chain reactions.

Technician Tips

Check head/block flatness, clean surfaces gently, follow torque specs and sequence, and use sealant only where the service manual says. After first heat cycle, recheck levels and change oil and coolant for best results.
