Suspension Rubber Bushing for Mazda Control Arm

This rubber bushing keeps the control arm firmly located while letting the suspension move smoothly. It isolates road shock, reduces vibration, and keeps the wheel aligned under braking and cornering. Designed to match factory geometry, it restores tight handling and quiet ride on daily roads and long trips .

Why this part is needed

Over time, rubber hardens, cracks, and separates from its sleeve. Heat, salt, and potholes accelerate wear. Replacing the worn mount brings back precise steering feel, better tire contact, and stable alignment angles, protecting tires and other suspension parts.

How it works

The bushing sandwiches an inner metal sleeve in a tough rubber compound bonded to an outer shell. The arm bolt passes through the sleeve. Under load, the rubber twists slightly, acting like a hinge and damper at once—filtering noise and absorbing shock without metal-to-metal contact.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Clunks on bumps, steering wander, uneven or rapid tire wear, brake shimmy, and poor straight-line stability. Severe play can shift the wheel base and strain ball joints, sway links, and struts. In extreme cases, loss of control on hard braking or rough roads.

Tech notes & install tips ✅

Press-fit design; use a proper press and support the arm. Torque bolts at ride height to prevent pre-load. Pair replacement left/right for even response and do a wheel alignment after installation.
