Front Hub Dust Protection Cap ️
This precision steel cap (Ref: B45A-34-015C) seals the hub opening and shields the wheel bearing area from water, grit, and hot brake dust. It keeps grease clean, protects the ABS tone ring and sensor window, and extends hub life. Built to OE geometry, it presses in true and stays put under heat and vibration.
Why you need it
Road splash, salt, and dust quickly contaminate hub grease. Without a tight cover, corrosion starts, grease breaks down, and the bearing and ABS hardware wear prematurely.
How it works ⚙️
A formed cup with a rolled lip press-fits into the hub/knuckle bore. The lip creates a labyrinth seal that blocks debris while retaining lubricant. The cap also deflects radiant heat from the brake disc, stabilizing grease temperature.
