This precision injector tip restores clean combustion, easy starts, and factory power on Isuzu TFR/TFS and UCR/UCS platforms. It meters and atomizes diesel with micro‑accuracy, giving a fine spray that burns efficiently. Expect lower smoke, quieter running, and better fuel economy. A fresh nozzle also protects pistons, turbo, and DPF from soot buildup.

Why you need it ⛽

With mileage, the needle and seat wear, carbon forms, and the spray pattern degrades. Signs include hard starting, rough idle, diesel knock, low power, rising fuel use, and failed emissions. Replacing the tip brings back crisp atomization and stable combustion.

How it works

Under high rail pressure, the ECU pulses the injector for milliseconds. Pressure lifts the needle; fuel passes through micron holes, forming a controlled cone aimed at the bowl. Tight sealing stops post‑dribble, keeping the chamber clean and response sharp.

What happens if it’s faulty

Stuck‑open: white smoke, fuel in oil, DPF overload, even engine runaway. Stuck‑closed/low flow: misfire, weak acceleration, surging. Poor atomization: black smoke, high EGT, risk of piston damage.
