Isuzu: A Japanese Automaker with a Legendary Legacy


It is considered that the first Japanese car company was founded in 1933 - when it appeared under the name of Automobile Industries Corporation, Ltd. But it received a familiar name Isuzu Motors Limited only in 1949. Successfully cooperating with the British company Rootes, Ltd., Isuzu began producing Hillman cars. Since 1982, this Japanese company has been producing a series of off-road Trooper vehicles which became legendary. Nowadays, company's specialists are engaged in manufacturing of buses, trucks and SUVs, which can be found on the roads in dozens of countries around the world: Isuzu has great dealer and service network.
