Rubber Cushion Mount for Isuzu Drive Comfort
Keep your Isuzu stable and quiet with this OEM-grade rubber cushion mount. It supports the powertrain, isolates engine and gearbox vibration from the frame, and reduces NVH. Built with oil- and heat-resistant elastomer bonded to a steel sleeve, it keeps alignment true under torque and on rough roads, protecting brackets, shafts, wiring, and exhaust.
Why you need it ️
Proper damping protects the chassis and drivetrain, improves shifting feel, and prevents metal-to-metal contact. It also keeps the fan, radiator, and prop shaft in safe geometry.
How it works
The bonded rubber acts like a controlled spring. It absorbs shocks and allows small three‑axis movement while the inner sleeve stays centered, filtering idle buzz and road kickback.
When worn or broken
Expect harsh vibration at idle, clunks on take‑off or shifts, steering shake, exhaust tapping, and faster wear of CV joints and other mounts. Severe collapse can misalign the drivetrain, tear hoses, or crack brackets—unsafe off‑road.
Install tips
Replace in pairs when possible, torque at normal ride height, inspect crossmember stops, and recheck fasteners after 500 km.
