Turbo Cooling Water Pipe for Isuzu Engines 💧🔥
This cooling pipe is a hard metal line that carries engine coolant to and from the turbocharger area. It is needed because a turbo runs extremely hot; without steady coolant flow, heat soaks into the center housing and can damage seals, bearings, and nearby hoses.
How It Works
Coolant leaves the engine, passes through this pipe to the turbo cooling jacket, then returns back to the cooling circuit. The rigid design keeps the route stable under vibration, and the formed bends maintain correct clearance from the exhaust side. Proper flow helps prevent oil coking inside the turbo after shutdown and keeps temperatures under control.
What Happens If It’s Broken
