OEM Valve/Rocker Cover for Suzuki Engines

Why this part is needed ️
Over time heat cycles can warp the cover or harden grommets. You may notice oil mist around the head, wet plug wells, a burning oil smell, or seepage onto belts. Replacing the cover brings back correct oil control and clean PCV flow for smooth idle and long engine life.
How it works ⚙️
The cover bolts over a gasket on the head. Internal baffles calm oil splash and route blow‑by to the PCV circuit, while drain returns send oil to the sump. A rigid deck keeps the gasket evenly compressed when hot or cold, preventing leaks.
If the cover is damaged ⚠️
Cracks or a bent flange cause chronic oil leaks, misfire from oily plugs, smoke, low oil level, and fouled catalysts/O2 sensors. Oil dripping on the exhaust can pose a fire risk. Ignoring it raises repair costs fast.
Install tips ✅
Clean mating surfaces, fit a new gasket and bolt seals, inspect the PCV valve, and torque bolts in a criss‑cross pattern to spec. Use sealant only at timing cover joints if required.
