What happens if itβs worn or broken β οΈ
If wear or cracks develop, endplay grows: you may hear a metallic tick, see pulley creep, feel harsh shifts or clutch grab, and notice rear main seal leaks. Ignored, the crank can score the block, wipe main bearings, drop oil pressure, and even seize.
