Rear Wheel Outer Retainer Bracket for Suzuki Axle Hub

Why you need it ✅

It maintains spacing between hub, bearing, and dust shield, stabilizes the ABS tone ring, and stops lateral play. Without it, brakes can rub, bearings run hot, and the wheel can feel loose.

How it works

The retainer sits on the outside of the rear knuckle, fastening the backing plate/dust shield with factory bolts. It distributes load, holds seals square to the hub, and locks the assembly so rotor and sensor clearances stay correct.

When it’s damaged ⚠️

Expect scraping or rattling, uneven brake wear, ABS light from sensor misalignment, grease leaks, rotor scoring, and premature bearing failure. Severe corrosion or cracks can lead to wheel wobble and unsafe handling.

Tech tips

Clean mating faces, use anti-seize, replace rusty hardware, and torque to spec. Inspect seals and set ABS sensor gap properly after install.
