Front Left Flexible Brake Hose

This front-left hydraulic flex line links the chassis hard pipe to the wheel-side caliper. It is built to OEM geometry so the hose moves smoothly with steering and suspension travel. Multi-layer EPDM rubber with textile reinforcement and corrosion-resistant crimped fittings keep brake fluid sealed under high pressure and heat. Designed for ABS-friendly flow and stable pedal feel, it restores safe, even braking on your Suzuki SUV.

Why you need it

Over time, hoses age, swell inside, crack outside, or rust at fittings. That causes spongy pedal, uneven braking, or leaks. Replacing this line during pad/rotor or caliper service prevents surprises and keeps stopping distances short.

How it works

Press the pedal and the master cylinder sends brake fluid through the ABS modulator into this hose. The hose flexes as the strut turns and compresses, but holds pressure so the caliper clamps the disc with full force. Copper crush washers at the banjo bolt ensure a leak-free joint.

If it’s damaged ⚠️

Expect a soft or sinking pedal, car pulling to the right, longer stops, wet spots near the fitting, ABS warning, or visible bulges. A burst line causes sudden loss of braking—do not drive. Replace in pairs, fit new washers, torque to spec, and bleed the system.
