Why this part is needed

The A/C suction hose carries low‑pressure refrigerant vapor and returning oil from the evaporator to the compressor. Without a sealed, correctly routed hose, the system loses refrigerant, cools poorly, and the compressor runs hotter, shortening its life. How it works

This assembly uses formed aluminum tube and barrier rubber with crimped fittings and O‑rings.
