Front Suspension Bump Stop for Suzuki 4x4

This compact stopper sits on the front suspension and cushions the last part of wheel travel. It prevents metal-to-metal hit when the suspension bottoms out, saving shocks, arms, and chassis from hard impact. Built to OE size, it keeps ride height and steering geometry stable on road and off-road.

Why you need it ✅

Without a healthy bump stop, heavy bumps transfer straight into the frame. This part absorbs that load, reduces noise and vibration, protects shock piston rods, and keeps tires planted for better control and comfort.

How it works ️

The elastomer body compresses progressively. Light bumps get soft damping; big hits get firm support. It stores the impact energy and returns to shape, guiding the suspension to its limit safely.

When it’s worn or broken ⚠️

Harsh clunk on potholes, steering kickback, faster shock wear, torn mounts, and uneven tire wear. In extreme travel, the axle or arm can strike the frame, risking bent parts and cracked bushings.

Install & build notes

Direct-fit replacement. Jack, support, unbolt old unit, clean seat, install new with anti-seize, torque to spec. Oil- and temperature-resistant compound for long life.
