Coolant Expansion Reservoir for Suzuki engines ❄️

This replacement overflow bottle keeps engine temperature stable by storing extra coolant and feeding it back when the system cools. A healthy reservoir prevents air pockets, keeps pressure in range, and protects the head gasket, water pump, and radiator from stress.

Why you need it

Heat makes coolant expand. Without a proper reserve, fluid spills out, pressure drops, and the engine risks overheating. This tank provides a safe buffer and a clear level check.

How it works

Connected by a return hose to the radiator neck, it catches hot overflow and returns it as vacuum forms during cool-down. Marked MIN/MAX lines help set the correct fill. The cap and vent manage small pressure changes.

When it fails ⚠️

Cracks, cloudy plastic, or loose fittings cause leaks, low coolant, heater loss, sweet smell, and rising temp gauge. Prolonged use can warp the head or damage the thermostat.

Tech tips

Use the correct premix coolant, replace brittle hoses/clamps, and bleed air after install. Choose OE-grade, heat- and UV-resistant plastic.
