Heater Hose Union Connector for Suzuki

This OEM‑grade coolant line union links the engine circuit to the heater core, sealing hot coolant flow to your cabin heater. Built to handle heat, pressure, and vibration, it prevents leaks and keeps the climate system and engine working in harmony.

Why you need it ❄️

It delivers hot coolant to the heater core for fast demisting, warm air, and stable engine temperature. A tight union also keeps system pressure correct for efficient cooling and long component life.

How it works

Coolant exits the engine and passes through this connector into the heater core, then returns via the outlet hose. Barbed ends and an O‑ring/clamp seal stop seepage under ~1 bar system pressure and 90–105°C temperatures.

If it fails ⚠️

Cracks, corrosion, or a flattened seal cause coolant loss, weak cabin heat, foggy windows, sweet smell, low coolant warning, and possible overheating. Air intrusion can damage the water pump or heater core.

Tech notes ✅
