Turbocharger Boost Tube for Nissan Pickup/SUV

This pressure tube carries compressed air from the turbo to the intercooler and onward to the intake. It keeps boost stable, so the engine gets dense, cool air for strong torque and clean combustion. Built with formed metal/polymer sections, bead-rolled ends, and quality seals, it handles heat, vibration, and oil mist from the crankcase system.

Why you need it

Correct boost plumbing means faster spool, steady acceleration, and lower exhaust temps. A precise-fit tube avoids turbulence and leaks, protecting the turbo and the intercooler core while keeping fuel economy in check.

How it works

Under load, the turbo compresses air. This tube routes that air through tight bends with minimal pressure drop. O-rings and clamps lock the joints, while brackets prevent stress cracks from engine movement.

If it’s damaged ⚠️

Expect hiss under boost, weak power, black smoke, higher consumption, and possible limp mode with underboost codes (e.g., P0299). Oil film at joints, whistling, and soot near clamps are common signs. Prolonged leaks can overwork the turbo and raise EGTs.
