This OEM-grade piston set restores factory compression, power, and fuel efficiency. It’s designed for standard cylinder size, keeping clearances correct and oil use low. Perfect when rebuilding a tired motor, fixing oil burning, or after cylinder honing.

How it works ⚙️

The piston moves up and down in the cylinder, sealing combustion with its compression and oil rings. The wrist pin connects the piston to the connecting rod, turning combustion force into crankshaft rotation. Low-friction skirt coating reduces wear, while precise ring grooves keep sealing stable at high temperature.

What happens if it’s worn or broken

Expect loss of compression, hard starts, misfire, blue smoke, high oil use, blow‑by, poor fuel economy, and possible cylinder scoring. Ignoring damage can overheat parts, break rings, and even seize the engine.

Install notes

Measure bore, set ring end gap, align ring positions, arrow to front, oil the pin, and torque to spec. Gentle break‑in for 500–800 km.
