    Cabin Heater Blower Fan Motor for Mitsubishi

    This HVAC blower unit is the part that pushes air through the heater core and A/C evaporator, then out of your dash vents. You need it for steady cabin heat in winter, quick windshield defogging, and comfortable airflow on every speed setting. ✅

    How it works 🔧

    When you select fan speed, the climate control sends power through the resistor or blower control module. The electric motor spins a squirrel-cage wheel that pulls air from the cabin intake and forces it through the ventilation ducts. Higher speed = more current and faster airflow.

    Signs it’s failing ⚠️

    • No air from vents even though controls are on
    • Only works on one speed or cuts in and out
    • Squealing, rubbing, or vibration noises
    • Burning smell or overheated wiring at the connector

    If you drive with a bad one 🚗

    A weak or seized blower can leave you without heat and can’t clear fogged glass, reducing visibility. In severe cases it may overload the resistor/module, blow fuses, or damage the connector due to excess current draw.
