This precision cushion/seal sits between the plastic over‑fender (fender flare) and the painted body. It stops vibration, seals the wheel arch, and keeps the trim aligned and quiet. Made from OEM‑grade closed‑cell foam with pressure‑sensitive adhesive, it’s cut to follow the arch contour for a clean, factory look on your 4x4 SUV.
Why you need it ️
Road grit and off‑road dust can grind between the flare and metal, causing squeaks, paint wear, and rust. This pad creates a soft barrier, evens out gaps after repair or repaint, and restores a tight, weather‑resistant joint.
How it works
Fitted along the inner lip of the flare, the foam compresses as you fasten the trim. It spreads clip/screw load, absorbs shock, and blocks water, mud, and wind. The result is a stable, flush flare at speed and during pressure washes.

Fitment and install tips ✅
