Rear Brake Caliper Bracket for Mitsubishi 4x4

Keep your stopping power solid with this rear caliper carrier, engineered for tough off-road and daily use. It delivers precise caliper alignment, even pad contact, and stable brakingβ€”mile after mile. OEM-style fit for easy install and reliable performance. OE ref: MR510549.

Why you need it

This bracket holds the caliper square to the disc and resists braking torque. Without a true, rigid mount, pads wear unevenly, rotors heat up, and brake feel becomes inconsistent.

How it works

The steel carrier bolts to the rear knuckle. Guide pins let the caliper slide so both pads clamp evenly. Bushings and dust boots keep grease inside and contamination out, ensuring smooth movement and silent operation.

When it’s worn or broken ⚠️

  • Pulls to one side under braking
  • Pad drag, hot smell, blue rotor
  • Uneven pad/rotor wear, vibration
  • Clunking over bumps or when braking
  • Longer stopping distance, fade

Tech notes ️

Clean the knuckle seat, inspect rotor runout, and renew slide pins, boots, and pad clips. Lubricate pins with high-temp brake grease only. Torque bolts per service manual and bed-in pads after install. Corrosion-resistant finish for long life and true OEM fit.
