Air Cleaner to Throttle Intake Duct ??
This intake duct is the sealed passage that carries clean, filtered air from the air cleaner box to the throttle body. It’s needed to keep the engine breathing the right amount of air while blocking dust, water mist, and hot under-hood turbulence that can upset airflow readings.
How It Works ⚙️
When you press the accelerator, the throttle opens and the engine pulls air through this duct. Its molded shape keeps airflow smooth, helps the sensors read correctly, and maintains proper vacuum so the engine control unit can meter fuel accurately.
Why Replacing a Worn Duct Matters ?
