Under-Radiator Shield Cover for Mitsubishi
This under-radiator cover is a small but critical protection panel mounted beneath the radiator area. Its job is to guide airflow correctly through the cooling pack and to block road splash, stones, and mud from striking the radiator fins and lower hoses .
Why this part is needed
Pickups and SUVs often see rough roads. Without a proper lower cover, the radiator and A/C condenser take direct hits, and airflow can escape under the vehicle instead of passing through the core. That means higher running temperatures and faster wear on cooling components.
How it works
It acts like an air dam and shield at the same time: it helps create a controlled air path, improves cooling efficiency at speed, and reduces water spray reaching belts, pulleys, and electrical plugs.
