Windshield Edge Trim for Mitsubishi
This factory-style edge trim, also known as windshield moulding/weatherstrip, seals and finishes the front glass perimeter. It keeps rain out, cuts wind noise, protects the bonding adhesive, and restores a clean OE look. If the original strip is cracked, shrunk, or missing, this replacement brings back a quiet, dry, and safe drive.
Why it’s needed ️
The trim closes the gap between body and glass. It blocks water and dust, shields the urethane bead from UV, reduces wind roar, and helps steady the windshield at speed and over bumps.
How it works ⚙️
A pre-formed EPDM/rubber channel with a light spine and corner joints seats into the body channel and clips along the glass edge. When fitted, it compresses slightly to create a continuous seal, guiding water to the gutters while flexing with heat, cold, and body movement.
