Premium A/C Evaporator Core for Pajero/Montero SUVs

Bring back crisp, factory-cold air to your cabin. This HVAC cooling coil is engineered with dense aluminum fins and precise tube routing to maximize heat exchange, fast pull-down, and clean windshield defogging. Built for long life in dusty, humid climates. ❄️

Why you need this part ?️

The evaporator is the heart of the air conditioning system inside the dash. It absorbs cabin heat and moisture, delivering cool, dry air. Without a healthy core, the A/C cannot chill, and comfort drops fast.

How it works βš™οΈ

Low-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the coil through the expansion device, boils inside the tubes, and pulls heat from air pushed by the blower across the fins. The result is cold, dehumidified airflow to the vents, while the refrigerant returns as vapor to the compressor.

What happens when it’s bad ?

  • Weak cooling or no chill, compressor cycling often
  • Refrigerant/oil smell or damp spots from hidden leaks
  • Moldy odor, icing on the core, mist from vents, foggy windows
  • Overworked compressor and higher fuel use

Installer tips ?

Always renew O-rings, evacuate and recharge by weight, clean the case and drain, and replace the cabin filter. Pressure-test for leaks before final assembly.
