This rear mount cushion supports the powertrain and isolates vibration. It keeps the engine and transmission aligned under load, reduces cabin noise, and protects exhaust and driveline parts. How it works ⚙️
A tough elastomer bushing bonded to steel sleeves bolts between the subframe and the engine/gearbox bracket. It absorbs torque twist, filters idle shake, and controls fore‑aft movement while allowing small, safe flex. Oil‑resistant rubber and captive sleeves maintain correct height and geometry.
