Heater coolant hose set for Mitsubishi SUVs (OEM ref MN186648)

Keep cabin heat stable and your engine safe with a molded heater coolant hose set designed for tough 4x4 use. Built to OEM geometry for tight bays, it routes coolant cleanly to and from the heater core. Durable rubber resists heat, pressure, and chemicals for long service life.

Why this part is needed ️

These hoses carry hot coolant from the engine to the heater core and back. Without them, you get no warm air inside and the cooling loop loses balance. Proper hoses protect the engine and ensure winter comfort.

How it works

Two molded lines connect the block/pipe to the heater core. Under pump pressure, coolant flows in, transfers heat to cabin air, then returns. Correct bends prevent kinks, while reinforced walls handle vibration, heat cycles, and clamp load.

What happens if it fails ⚠️

Cracks or soft spots cause leaks, a sweet smell, foggy glass, wet carpet, low coolant, poor cabin heat, or overheating. Driving like this risks head gasket damage and heater core contamination. Replace at first signs of swelling, oiliness, or crusted joints.

Tech tips

Fit new clamps, clean stubs, align arrows/bends, and bleed the system. Use the correct coolant spec and torque clamps evenly. Recheck level after the first drive.
