Rear Engine Roll Stopper Bracket for Mitsubishi

How it works ⚙️
A strong steel bracket with a bonded rubber bushing links the subframe to the engine/gearbox. Under load, the rubber absorbs torsional forces while the bracket stops excessive rocking. Correct stiffness improves throttle response, shift quality, and cabin comfort.
What happens if it fails ❗
When the bushing tears or the bracket cracks, you get harsh vibration, clunk during gear changes, steering shake, and exhaust knocks. Front mounts wear out faster, CV joints see extra stress, and the shifter can feel sloppy. Oil-soaked rubber or visible play on a throttle blip confirms it’s time to replace.
Tech tips
Install on a loaded suspension, torque to spec, and check adjacent mounts and bolts. Replace stretched hardware and avoid prying on the bushing.
