Clutch release cylinder repair kit for Mitsubishi vehicles
This kit renews the hydraulic unit that pushes the clutch fork. Itβs a fast, costβeffective fix when your pedal feels weak or leaks start. Built to OEM spec and quality aftermarket standards, it restores smooth, predictable engagement for daily driving, commuting, and towing.
Why you need it
Rubber cups, seals, and boots age with heat and brake fluid. Tiny cracks let fluid bypass or escape. The pedal sinks, gears grind, and the car can creep at lights. Rebuilding saves the housing and returns full pressure without replacing the whole assembly.
How it works βοΈ
Press the pedal and the master sends fluid to the slave. Seals on the piston trap pressure and push the rod against the fork, lifting the pressure plate so you can shift. Fresh seals hold pressure, dust boots keep grit out, and grease reduces wear in the hydraulic clutch release.
If it fails β οΈ
Spongy or low pedal, hard shifting, fluid on the bellhousing, clutch slip on climbs, and eventually noβdrive. Continued use can overwork the master and contaminate the disc.
Fitment & tips β
Match bore size and mounting style for your model. Clean the bore, inspect for pitting, lube lightly with brake fluid, and bleed the system thoroughly. Always use fresh DOT 3/4 from a sealed bottle. Ideal for clutch slave cylinder service on Mitsubishi platforms.
