Piston Cooling Oil Jet for Cylinder Block
This precision oil squirter keeps the underside of the pistons cool and lubricated, protecting the skirts, rings, and wrist pins during heavy load and high temperatures. By spraying a focused stream from the main gallery, it stabilizes piston temperature, reduces knock risk, and extends engine life. How it works
As oil pressure rises, the valve opens and directs a fine stream to the piston crown and pin area, then drains back to the sump—cycle after cycle.
