Rear Lower Control Arm Alignment Washer

This precision steel washer sits on the pivot bolt of the rear lower control arm. It spreads the clamp load, protects the bushing sleeve and bracket faces, and keeps rear suspension geometry locked in. Built for harsh roads and off‑road use, it helps hold toe and camber in spec, reducing noise and tire scrub .

Why you need it

Hard hits, rust, and repeated torque cycles can dish or chew the original washer. Replacing it restores correct clamp force, straight tracking, and longer tire life. It’s a small, low-cost piece that prevents costly alignment and bushing issues.

How it works

Installed under the nut or bolt head, the hardened flat face resists deformation, keeps the sleeve from creeping, and preserves set alignment. On some setups, it works with eccentric cams to fine‑tune rear toe.

If it’s worn or broken ⚠️

You’ll feel rear‑end wander, “rear steer,” clunks over bumps, and see uneven tire wear. Bolts may seize or loosen, accelerating bushing damage and risking loss of control.

Install tips

Replace in pairs, clean mating faces, torque at ride height, and align after installation.
