Front Lower Left Suspension Link (LH)
This suspension link is a key connector between the lower control area and the front suspension system. It is needed to keep the wheel properly positioned under load, especially during braking, cornering, and rough-road driving. How It Works ⚙️
The link guides suspension movement through its metal arm and bonded joints/bushings. It allows controlled up-and-down travel while limiting unwanted side-to-side shift. By holding alignment angles in place, it helps the shocks, springs, and steering components do their job smoothly.
What Happens If It’s Worn or Broken
A damaged link can cause clunking noises over bumps, wandering steering, vibration, and uneven tire wear. In severe cases, the wheel alignment can shift suddenly, reducing control and increasing braking distance. Driving with a failed link may also overload other parts like bushings, ball joints, and tires, leading to bigger repair bills.
