Premium Steering Tie Rod Kit
This complete steering linkage kit restores precision and safety to the front end of your pickup. Designed as a direct-fit OE-style replacement, it keeps the wheels pointed where you aim, even under load or offβroad. Ideal for daily duty, towing, and rugged terrain.
Why this part is needed
Tie rods set and hold front toe, the key angle for straight tracking and even tire wear. Fresh joints remove steering play, sharpen response, and prevent shimmy. Replacing worn parts saves tires and protects the rack/box and knuckles.
How it works
The inner and outer ends connect the steering rack or center link to the steering knuckle. A tapered stud locks into the knuckle, a ball-and-socket lets the wheel move up/down and turn left/right, and a threaded adjuster sets toe accurately. Boots seal grease and block dirt.
What happens if itβs bad
Signs include clunking, wandering, vibration, crooked steering wheel, uneven tire wear, and hard alignment. If a joint separates, you can instantly lose steering controlβstop driving and repair immediately.
