Engine Coolant Circulation Pump Assembly ??

This cooling pump is a key part of the engine temperature control system. It is needed to keep coolant moving through the engine block, cylinder head, and radiator so heat can leave the motor fast and steady. Without correct circulation, even a healthy engine can overheat in traffic, under load, or on hot days.

How It Works ⚙️

Driven by the engine belt, the internal impeller spins and creates flow. Coolant is pulled from the radiator, pushed through coolant passages, and then returned to be cooled again. Precision bearings support the shaft, and the seal keeps coolant inside while the pulley rotates at high speed.

When It Fails ?

A worn bearing may cause whining or wobble, while a damaged seal can leak coolant. If the impeller slips or breaks, coolant flow drops and the temperature rises quickly. Running like this may lead to overheating, warped head, blown gasket, heater loss, and possible engine damage. Replace at the first sign of leaks, noise, or overheating.
