Why this part is needed

Every time you accelerate, brake, or change load, the transmission must instantly adjust hydraulic pressure. This kit helps restore factory pressure control when the original valve wears from heat, dirty fluid, or high mileage.

How it works

The valve slides in a bore and meters ATF flow through calibrated passages. Springs and spool movement balance pump output, preventing pressure spikes at high RPM and avoiding low pressure during take-off. Proper regulation improves shift timing and reduces flare βš™οΈ
