    Turbo Oil Supply Pipe for Mercedes-Benz Engines

    This high-pressure supply line feeds clean, pressurized engine oil to the turbocharger core. It keeps the turbo bearings lubricated and cool under heavy load. Built to OE routing and flow specs, it resists heat, vibration, and corrosion, ensuring stable oil delivery in modern Mercedes powertrains.

    Why You Need It

    The turbo spins at extreme speed. Without a steady oil feed, friction and heat rise quickly. This line ensures the right volume reaches the center housing, protecting the shaft and bearings, improving spool-up, and extending turbo life.

    How It Works

    Oil leaves the engine gallery, travels through a formed steel tube with heat shielding and a flexible section, then enters the turbo via sealed banjo or flare fittings. A calibrated orifice controls flow to prevent over-oiling and coking. The return line sends oil back to the sump.
