A/C Condenser Assembly for Mitsubishi Pickup Platforms ❄️
This air conditioning condenser is a key heat-exchanger placed at the front of the vehicle, right behind the grille. It is needed to remove heat from the hot, high-pressure refrigerant coming from the compressor, so the cabin can get cold air again. Without a healthy condenser, the A/C system cannot reject heat properly, especially in traffic or hot weather.
How It Works ?
Refrigerant gas enters the condenser and flows through thin tubes and cooling fins. Air passing through the radiator area pulls heat out, forcing the refrigerant to condense into a high-pressure liquid. That liquid then goes to the expansion device and evaporator to create cold air inside the cabin.
What Happens If It’s Damaged ⚠️
A bent, clogged, or leaking condenser can cause weak cooling, pressure spikes, or the compressor cycling too often. Common signs are warm air from vents, oily residue on the core, and A/C that cools only while driving.
