CVT Fluid Warmer Seal Ring
This small seal ring is vital for keeping the CVT fluid warmer circuit tight and leak-free ?. It sits between mating metal surfaces where warm transmission fluid passes, helping the gearbox reach working temperature faster and stay stable in changing weather.
Why this part is needed
A CVT depends on clean, correctly pressurized fluid. The warmer unit uses fluid flow to manage temperature, and this seal ring prevents pressure loss and seepage at the joint.
How it works
Made from oil-resistant elastomer, the ring compresses when the housing is tightened. That compression fills tiny surface imperfections, creating a reliable barrier against CVTF leaks and air intrusion.
What happens if itβs worn or broken
