Injector Driver Module (Fuel Injection Control)
This electronic control part is needed to command the fuel injectors with точные, high-speed pulses so the engine gets the right fuel amount at the right time ⛽⚡. It works like a power “amplifier” between the ECU and injectors: the ECU sends a control signal, and the module boosts and shapes it into strong, clean current to open and close injectors quickly, even under load and heat.
How it works
Inside are switching transistors and protection circuits that manage injector current (peak/hold control). This keeps spray pattern stable, improves cold start, reduces smoke, and helps fuel economy.
If the part is failing or broken
You may get misfire, rough idle, hard starting, weak acceleration, higher fuel use, injector fault codes, or sudden stall ?. In worse cases injectors may stay closed (lean running, overheating) or be driven incorrectly (rich running, soot, catalyst/DPF stress).
