OEM-Grade O2 Sensor for Toyota SUVs

This direct-fit oxygen sensor keeps your engine in closed loop, letting the ECU fine‑tune fueling for peak efficiency and clean exhaust. Built to factory standards, it restores smooth drivability, reliable starts, and protects the catalytic converter.

Why you need it ⛽

Accurate AFR control means better MPG, lower emissions, crisp throttle response, and longer catalyst life. It’s essential when your Check Engine Light appears after mileage build‑up or fuel quality issues.

How it works ⚙️

A heated zirconia element senses oxygen difference between exhaust and outside air, switching about 0.1–0.9 V. The heater brings it to temp fast, so the ECU can trim fuel in real time. Upstream units guide mixture; downstream ones monitor catalyst efficiency.

If it’s failing ⚠️

Expect poor fuel economy, rough idle, sluggish pull, sulfur smell, black soot, failed emissions, and CEL with codes like P0130–P0161. Prolonged use can overheat or poison the cat, turning a small fix into a big bill.

Tech tip

Confirm bank/position, avoid touching the tip, use nickel anti‑seize on threads only, and clear trims after install.
