How it works βοΈ
Inside is a sensitive motion element that detects longitudinal slowdown (G-force). The module converts movement into an electrical signal. The ECU compares it with wheel speed and steering data to fine-tune braking and stability actions.
If it fails or goes out of calibration β
You may get warning lights (ABS/ESC), inconsistent brake assist, longer stopping distance on low grip, or sudden intervention from traction/stability control. In some cases the system may disable safety features as a precaution.
