Engine Cooling Fan Control Module
This smart controller manages the radiator fan so the engine stays in its safe temperature zone. It listens to coolant temperature, A/C pressure, and engine load, then sets fan speed exactly as needed. Precise control reduces noise, prevents heat spikes, improves A/C performance, and extends fan life.

Proper heat management protects the head gasket, radiator, and hoses, keeps cabin A/C cold at idle, and saves fuel by avoiding unnecessary full-speed fan operation. It also stabilizes idle and helps the ECU keep emissions in check.
How it works βοΈ
The unit reads sensor data via the ECU/CAN network and drives the fan with PWM signals for variable speed. Soft-start limits inrush current, while thermal and overcurrent protection keep the circuit safe. The result: smooth, efficient airflow through the radiator and condenser.
What happens if it fails
Common signs include: fan stuck on high, fan not running, overheating in traffic, warm A/C at stops, intermittent cooling, blown fuses, or warning light with cooling/fan control codes. Continued driving can warp the head, damage the catalytic converter, and stress the battery.
