Premium A/C Suction Hose Assembly for Toyota SUV ❄️
This genuine-grade line carries low-pressure refrigerant vapor back to the compressor, keeping cabin temps cool and stable. Built to resist heat, vibration, and chemical attack for long service life.
Why you need it
The hose maintains correct low-side pressure, returns lubricating oil to the compressor, and keeps air and moisture out of the system. Without it working right, cooling drops, fuel use can rise, and major A/C parts wear fast.
How it works
A hybrid aluminum/rubber design with a barrier inner tube and crimped fittings links the evaporator outlet to the compressor inlet. O-rings seal each joint, a service port enables diagnostics, and the hose resists vacuum collapse while damping vibration and noise.
What happens if it’s broken ⚠️
Signs include weak/no cold air, oily residue at joints, hissing, icing on lines, and compressor chatter. A leak lets moisture in, forms acids, clogs the expansion valve, and can seize the compressor—costly repairs.
Install tips ?
Use new O-rings, lightly coat with correct PAG oil, torque to spec, evacuate to deep vacuum, and recharge by weight. Replace missing brackets/insulators and check for other leaks after charging.
