    Cabin A/C Control Amplifier Module ❄️

    This electronic module is the “brain” of the air conditioning system. It is needed to read sensor signals and command the A/C compressor clutch, blower speed steps, and air-mix/mode actuators so the cabin reaches the temperature you select. Without a stable amplifier, the whole HVAC system becomes guesswork instead of controlled cooling.

    How it works ⚙️

    The unit receives inputs from the temperature knob/panel, evaporator temp sensor, cabin/ambient signals (by model), and sometimes pressure/safety switches. It then sends clean control outputs to the compressor request circuit and actuator motors, balancing cooling and preventing evaporator freeze-up. Think of it as a smart traffic controller for airflow and cold production.

    When it fails ?

    • A/C cuts in and out, or never engages
    • Blower works but air stays warm, or temperature changes randomly
    • Air direction gets stuck (face/feet/defrost)
    • Intermittent operation, especially with vibration or heat
