Why this part is needed
Old units corrode, clog, or leak. When fins bend or tubes pit, pressure control fails and vent temps rise. Replacing returns factory cooling, protects the expansion valve, and prevents costly compressor damage.
How it works ♻️
High‑pressure vapor from the compressor enters the condenser and sheds heat across aluminum tubes and fins, turning into liquid. The receiver‑drier stores liquid, filters debris, and absorbs moisture so only clean, dry refrigerant feeds the expansion valve for steady cold air.
What happens if it’s broken ⚠️
Symptoms include weak A/C at idle, hissing, oily stains, or UV dye at joints. A saturated dryer lets moisture create ice at the valve, acids inside the system, black sludge, and eventual compressor seize. Fuel use can rise as fans run harder.
