A/C condenser assembly with receiver-drier for Toyota vans ❄️

This OEM-grade cooling unit sits in front of the radiator and is vital for strong, reliable air conditioning. It sheds heat from the refrigerant and the built-in receiver-drier traps moisture and debris, protecting the expansion valve and compressor. Direct-fit connections, sturdy brackets, and a high-efficiency tube-and-fin core deliver fast install and stable cabin comfort.

Why you need it

Without a healthy condenser and drier, the system cannot reject heat or control moisture. You get weak cooling, higher pressures, noisy operation, and premature wear. Dry, clean refrigerant equals colder vents and longer compressor life.

How it works

Hot, high-pressure vapor from the compressor enters the condenser. Airflow across the fins removes heat, turning vapor into liquid. The receiver-drier then filters particles and absorbs moisture with a desiccant, sending clean, dry liquid to the expansion valve for crisp cooling.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Punctures or clogs cause warm A/C, uneven vent temps, short cycling, and high-side overpressure that can seize the compressor. Moisture leads to ice at the TXV, corrosion, and black sludge that contaminates the whole system.

Tech tips

Look for oily residue, dye at joints, or bent fins. Always replace O-rings, evacuate to deep vacuum, and charge the exact R134a amount. Flush lines (never the compressor), and verify condenser fan performance.
