Turn Signal & Lighting Column Switch Assembly ?

This steering-column control switch lets the driver command key exterior lights without taking hands far from the wheel. It’s a must-have for safe lane changes, clear communication in traffic, and legal road use. βœ…

Why this part is needed

Your indicators, headlamps, and related lighting functions rely on clean, stable electrical contacts. This switch routes power to the correct circuits instantly, even during vibration, steering movement, and daily wear.

How it works

Inside the housing, sliding contacts and detents connect specific terminals when you move the stalk. The mechanism holds the selected position, and the signal function returns after a turn (depending on vehicle setup), keeping operation predictable and consistent.

What happens when it’s broken

A worn or damaged unit may cause indicators not to flash, flash randomly, or stick on. You may also see intermittent headlights, no high/low beam response, or lights that cut out over bumps. In worst cases, heat from poor contact can melt connectors and create shorts. ⚠️
