Windshield Washer Reservoir Assembly — OEM-Grade Replacement

This robust washer bottle keeps cleaning fluid pressurized and ready, restoring factory fit and spray performance for demanding driving. Built from impact‑resistant plastic with molded mounts and a tight-sealing cap, it withstands heat, vibration, and off‑road use .

Why you need it

Clear visibility is safety. Mud, salt, dust, and insects build up fast; without a strong washer system your wipers smear grime, extend stopping distance at night due to glare, and can even scratch glass.

How it works

The tank stores fluid and seats the 12V pump in a rubber grommet. When you pull the stalk, the pump draws fluid through the outlet and feeds the nozzles. Internal baffles reduce slosh, the vented cap keeps flow steady, and many versions accept a level sensor for a low‑fluid alert.

If it’s damaged

Cracks or loose grommets cause leaks (puddles under the fender), weak or no spray, and rapid low‑fluid warnings. The pump can run dry and burn out; wipers scrape grit, hazing the windshield. Pure water may freeze and split the tank in winter—always use quality washer fluid.

Installation & care

Direct bolt‑in. Reuse pump if healthy; renew grommet and hoses for a leak‑free seal. Flush lines, clean nozzles, and fill with proper all‑season fluid.
