    Why you need it

    How it works

    Inside is an NTC thermistor. As coolant warms, resistance drops. The signal flows through the single-pin connector to the gauge/ECU, moving the needle smoothly and predictably. The brass body resists scale, and the threaded nose with sealing washer ensures a leak‑free fit in the water jacket.
