Right Headlamp Washer Actuator
Restore clear night vision and a clean look with this right-side headlamp washer actuator. It drives the pop-up nozzle that sprays washer fluid onto the headlamp lens, helping remove mud, salt, and bugs. Built to OE standards, it keeps the headlight beam strong and safe, especially on HID/LED setups.

Dirty lenses cut light output and scatter the beam. The actuator ensures the nozzle extends, sprays, and retracts smoothly. In many regions, working headlamp washers are required for vehicles with xenon lights. It also protects the paint by keeping the cover flush when not in use.
How it works
When you command wash, the control unit powers the washer pump. Fluid pressure and the actuator push the right nozzle outward, it sprays the lens, then a return spring retracts it. Seals and O-rings keep the system leak-free, and the connector gives precise electrical control.
If the actuator fails ⚠️
No spray on the right side, nozzle stuck open/closed, bumper leak, washer pump running louder or longer, and a dirty headlamp causing dim or uneven light. In cold weather, freeze-thaw can worsen cracks and leaks.
